In this post I wanted to share some of the funny things I encounter about living in East Asia.  I hope that I don't become numb to the hilarious things that occur around me everyday- it can provide so much joy! For example- what people wear.  Graphic tees are trendy here.  The only problem is that the graphic tees aren't always translated into English correctly.  Other times, I just wonder "who would really wear a shirt that says that?" For the last month I have been making a note on my phone and whenever I see a funny graphic tee, I add it to the list! Here's what I've got so far...

I'm not quite sure that's something you advertise.

 Couples tees are also popular! Me and Lauren are modeling these couples sweatshirts.  There is a male version of a shirt that goes along with the female version.  What better way to symbolize that you're dating someone than by a couples tee?

I will keep making a list of the good graphic tees I find and I'll share more later!

Last but not least, I have a funny picture and video of baby Maddox! One of the couples on our team has a baby.  He will be celebrating his first birthday in November! He is a very serious baby and sometimes it's tough to get him to smile but he's always so happy!

In this video, Maddox is jamming to The Killers concert DVD.  Anne Marie, his mom, said he's probably excited to not be watching Elmo for once.  We couldn't stop laughing! Yes, I accidentally snort because I'm laughing.

 I couldn't add a picture of Maddox without 

adding one of John Turner.  He just got a new swing 

and this picture made me laugh so much! 

He looks so little compared to the swing! He's precious.

We were filled with laughter, 

and we sang for joy.
